HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order delivery involves two stages:

- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TERMS
We ship with trusted carriers such as DPD, DHL, Yodel, and Amazon Logistics. The carrier is selected automatically based on speed, item availability, and weight.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Click “Track My Order” in the main navigation menu on chaggu.shop.
- Enter the billing email and the tracking number sent in your shipment-confirmation email.
- Click “Track” to load the latest tracking updates.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT
Our carrier will deliver your package to the address provided at checkout. If you have special delivery instructions, please add them in the “Notes” section during checkout. Chaggou LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Packages addressed to a P.O. box will be returned by the carrier.
