What metals do you use in Chaggou jewelry?

We craft every piece from recycled 925 sterling silver and 14 k gold-filled wire. Both alloys are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, so even sensitive skin can wear them all day.

Where do your gemstones come from?

Our gem curator partners with small-scale, conflict-free mine cooperatives in the U.S., Madagascar, and Brazil. Every sapphire, opal, or quartz is traceable back to a responsible source.

How long will my order take to make and ship?

Each piece is made to order within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping is free and arrives in 5–8 business days once dispatched. Need it sooner? Choose expedited checkout for 2- to 3-day delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. To protect our small-batch workflow (and avoid customs delays that can damage delicate pieces), we currently ship only within the United States.

Can I request a custom design?

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Buyers cover return shipping; we’ll process a refund within 3–5 business days of receipt.

How do I determine my ring size?

Download our printable sizing guide or visit any jeweler for a professional measurement. If you guess wrong, we offer one free resize—just cover the postage to and from our studio.

Is my payment information secure?

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store pieces in a dry pouch, avoid harsh chemicals, and polish gently with the complimentary microfiber cloth we provide. Sterling may develop a natural patina; a quick wipe restores its shine.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Snap a photo of the issue and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship a free replacement—or issue a full refund—right away.
